Ramifications of Non-Compliance
Complaint Process
If an individual comes to you directly with a complaint or one comes
through formal channels (such as HR, legal, or EEO), you will need to
be able to provide documentation and answer key questions related to
decisions made during the procurement process. For this reason, it is
essential that you maintain documentation showing measures taken at each
phase of the procurement.
Your Section 508 Coordinator will be able to help you evaluate the claim,
identify appropriate documentation, and prepare responses to questions.
